As a part of domestic violence awareness month 2010, S.A.F.E. Inc., northeast Mississippi’s rape crisis center and domestic violence shelter, is sponsoring “The Faith Based Community and Domestic Violence” a series of trainings for clergy, youth group leaders, and members of the faith-based community. Information on identifying and coping with domestic violence, the affects of violence on children and creating a safety plan for your congregation will be provided in this three hour class.
