Donations & Wish List

There are many ways to donate to S.A.F.E., Inc. and provide continuing services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault:

Volunteering your time! Learn how to become a volunteer!

Financial Contributions: Mail a tax-deductible contribution to P.O. Box 985, Tupelo, MS 38802.

Used Cell Phones: We work with Shelter Alliance to recycle old phones and get funding for our programs. You can drop used cell phones off at our office any time. If you are outside of Tupelo, call 662-841-9138 to find out the next time someone from S.A.F.E., Inc. will be in your area or to arrange for a local drop-off point. Food: S.A.F.E.,  Inc.  accepts donations of non-perishable and frozen foods for our clients and emergency food pantry. Please call ahead to arrange for a drop off time for foods. (662) 841-9138

Furniture: When a client exits our program we do our best to help them start their lives over again. Furnishing a house is easier with donations from the community. We accept any furniture that can be used by our clients and we need furniture at this time! Please call first to arrange a drop-off time for your furniture. (662) 841-9138

Housewares: There are so many things we all take for granted: dishes, napkin holders, linens, towels, cups, silverware. A person that starting their life free of domestic violence gets a huge boost by having these things donated to her upon her exit from the shelter. Donations may be left on the porch of our administrative office at 105 Clark Place in Tupelo.

Toiletries: S.A.F.E., Inc. is currently accepting toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, African American hair care products, feminine hygiene products, lotion, cosmetics, over the counter medications and oral hygiene items. Please call to confirm a drop-off time for these types of items.

Items for Babies: We are always in need of DIAPERS (all sizes) and WIPES. Other items we use frequently: Oralgel, Motrin, sippy cups, bibs, bottles, baby lotion, diaper rash ointment, and thermometers with disposable covers.

CLOTHING: Currently, we have an abundance of clothing are are only accepting sizes XXL and XXXL.

Shoes:  We are accepting sizes 6-11women’s shoes in a variety of styles.
